ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing or using the 88 Fortunes platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, please do not access or use the 88 Fortunes platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement:

• The User shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify any software or technology used by 88 Fortunes.

• 88 Fortunes reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Services at its discretion without prior notice.
• The User acknowledges that the accuracy and completeness of information provided on the Platform is not guaranteed.
• 88 Fortunes shall use reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable information regarding the Services.

ARTICLE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, audio-visual materials and trademarks are owned by 88 Fortunes or its licensors.

ARTICLE 6: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

88 Fortunes shall process personal data collected from Users in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to our processing of your personal data for legitimate purposes.

ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• 88 Fortunes reserves the right to change payment terms at its discretion without prior notice.
• The User acknowledges that all payments made through the Platform are final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by 88 Fortunes.

ARTICLE 8: RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT

The User is solely responsible for any content submitted, transmitted or stored on the Platform. 88 Fortunes reserves the right to remove any content deemed objectionable or unlawful.

ARTICLE 9: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• In no event shall 88 Fortunes be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of the Platform or Services.
• The User agrees that they will not hold 88 Fortunes responsible for any losses, costs, claims or expenses incurred in relation to this Agreement.

ARTICLE 10: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

ARTICLE 11: CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

88 Fortunes reserves the right to change, modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The User is responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to ensure they comply with all obligations set out herein.
